Marjorie Forderkonz is the Founder and CEO of 2UTEC. After losing her husband, Skip, in 1998, Marge and her son, Michael, wanted to honor his dream of starting a business. Marge and Mike founded Kings Recovery, an IT asset recovery firm, in the Spring of 2005. After 8 years, we transition from the model of solely buying legacy equipment to designing, installing and supporting the infrastructure needs for core data centers. Marge is also the chair of all community initiatives and outreach at 2uTEC. She’s an active volunteer with the Syracuse chapter of Gigi’s Playhouse, and rides each year with Tour de Cure to benefit the American Diabetes Organization. When Marge isn’t working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren at her home on Oneida Lake.

Mike’s organizational skills and engagement with team members provides the leadership and inspiration necessary to drive us towards a common goal. His exceptional ability to take complex problems and simplify them into actionable tasks provides focus for us to accomplish the near-term tasks necessary to achieve overall success. When he’s not working, he enjoys adventure travel, snowmobiling, boating and hiking. He’s also not too shabby in the kitchen!

Damon McClure has extensive experience in digital transformations for global corporations. He has successfully transformed core infrastructures for hundreds of businesses and developed new digital business core infrastructure models. Prior to joining 2UTEC, he was CEO for Tech Nation Inc. He began his career in 2000 with one of the largest networking infrastructure companies in the US and subsequently held various positions in the field of reducing the overall cost of core infrastructure through digital transformation and out of the box thinking models. Outside of the workplace Damon enjoys adventure travel, snowmobiling, boating , fishing, concerts and just simple family time.
